Shop Policies:

  • A new client deposit of $50 will be due at the time of booking your first appointment. This $50 will be applied to your first groom

  • We require 24 HOUR NOTICE to reschedule or cancel any appointment

  • Late reschedules or cancellations will be considered “No Shows” and a fee will apply to booking your next appointment

  • As we groom by appointment, your punctuality is necessary. We have a 15 MINUTE grace period, after which time you will be considered a “no show” and a fee will apply to booking your next appointment

  • No show fees are half of the full groom price for the first occurance. Any subsequent no show’s will be the full groom price
